Community Garden
Our Community Garden started in 2020 as an outreach to help provide fresh produce for our local food pantry. It is a place for our church family and friends to come together and learn how to grow vegetables and herbs. Our wonderful volunteers work incredibly hard to make the magic happen in our community garden. They are growing a variety of vegetables such as peas, collards, turnip greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, yellow squash, marigolds, and basil. This year they added sprinklers to keep the plants watered and a raised garden bed.
Our workdays are Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8-10 am. Please come out to help or just enjoy a rocking chair.
